Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven PR Professional with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. If you are passionate about the startup ecosystem, love working directly with founders, and want to build narratives for the next generation of Tech, SaaS, and AI companies, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities

- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact, coordinate end-to-end communications, and build trusted relationships with startup founders and leadership teams.
- Strategy & Storytelling: Develop strategic PR plans, media pitches, and compelling narratives for AI, Generative AI, Voice AI, SaaS, and enterprise tech brands.
- Media Relations: Drive proactive media outreach, secure high-impact coverage, and cultivate deep relationships with startup, business, and technology journalists.
- Content Creation: Craft high-quality press releases, media pitches, authored articles,



and thought leadership content.
- Trend Spotting: Maintain a sharp eye for newsworthy narratives, industry trends, and strategic media opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 14 years in Public Relations, preferably with a PR agency handling startup and technology clients.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and emerging tech (AI, GenAI, SaaS, B2B enterprise tech).
- Network: Established media relationships across major startup, tech, and mainstream business publications.
- Skills: Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling capabilities. Solid client-servicing and multi-stakeholder management skills.
- Mindset: Self-driven, collaborative, and highly comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
