Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Lead a team of engineers and architects to deliver creative solutions for industrial construction projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for new initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (structural engineering preferred).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.
- Strong understanding of AutoCAD software; proficiency in billing engineering, civil construction, civil engineering, civil project management, construction design, construction management, site operations.
