- Develop new areas for milk procurement in various tehsils.
- Work with field supervisors and report to the District Manager on progress and challenges.
BMC/Chilling Centres Management:
- Conduct village surveys and identify potential villages for BMC/Chilling centres.
- Map milk routes and manage the operations of BMC/Chilling centres.
Dairy Farmer Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with dairy farmers to promote clean and safe milk production.
- Develop medium to large-sized dairy farms through guidance and support.
Milk Sourcing Strategy:
- Develop and implement a milk sourcing strategy to meet current and future milk requirements.
- Ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
Supply Chain Management:
- Design and implement an optimal supply chain model for milk sourcing at an optimal cost.
Health, Safety, and Workplace:
- Provide guidance to the Milk Procurement Team on accident prevention and compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Manage changes related to health, safety, and environmental practices throughout the organization.
Supervision and Monitoring:
- Supervise and monitor milk procurement and institutional building activities for a specified number of villages through a field team.
- Support the Procurement District Manager in planning new VLCCs (Village Level Collection Centres) by identifying potential villages and gathering competitor information.
SOP and Training:
- Assist the Procurement District Manager in preparing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training modules.
- Implement SOPs and ISO standards at BMC and MCC (Bulk Milk Cooling and Milk Collection Centres).
Operations and Asset Management:
- Monitor the operations of BMC/MCC and handle member queries or escalations.
- Monitor transportation operations from VLCC to BMC/MCC and BMC/MCC to the plant.
- Manage and maintain assets provided at VLCC/BMC.
Milk Procurement and Payment:
- Achieve targeted milk procurement in terms of quantity and quality.
- Support the Procurement Head in formulating rate charts by providing market and competitor information.
- Ensure timely submission of data and reports as required.
- Supervise the facilitators in opening bank accounts for direct payment to farmers and ensure timely and fair payment to members.
Human Resource Support:
- Assist the Procurement District Manager in identifying and shortlisting field manpower, such as facilitators and BMC/MCC level staff.
Work Relations:
Internal:
- Reporting to CEO for all Functional as well as administrative purposes.
- Interface with Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, Procurement, and Engineering teams

- Interface with Distributors and Dealers, Retailers, and Wholesalers

Qualification:
Essential: Any Graduate
Experience:
Essential: 3-5 Years of experience in Managing Taluk for Dairy business
