Sunkind Energy is expanding its nationwide distribution business and is looking for an experienced leader to build one of Indias fastest-growing solar distribution networks.

Roles & Responsibilities-

* Build and expand Sunkinds distributor network across India.

* Appoint State Distributors, Super Stockists, Dealers, and Channel Partners.

* Drive primary and secondary sales growth.

* Develop channel strategies, schemes, and incentive programs.

* Lead dealer meets, product launches, and technical training.

* Build and lead a high-performing national sales team.

Were Looking For-

* 1018 years of channel sales experience.

* Proven track record in building pan-India distribution networks.

* Experience in Solar, Inverters, Batteries, Electrical Products, or Renewable Energy.

* Solid leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.

* Existing relationships with distributors and channel partners across India.

Location: Gurugram (with extensive travel across India)
