Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions while leading technical initiatives across teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), software development best practices, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder collaboration. This role requires acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
- Lead the design and development of custom software components integrated with enterprise applications.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Take ownership of technical decisions and guide the development team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and application issues.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITSM (Minimum 7.5 years required).
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting and platform customization.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable enterprise applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams and managing technical deliverables.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
