Open Positions

1. Accountant/DMS Operator

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accounts and financial records
- Prepare GST, TDS & other financial reports
- Handle bank reconciliation and daily accounting entries
- Work on Tally/ERP and MS Excel

Requirements:

- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent
- Tally & MS Excel knowledge
- 12 years of experience preferred

2. Sales Executive (Showroom/Team Leader)

Responsibilities:

- Generate new customer leads
- Explain products and services
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships

Additional Responsibilities (Team Leader)

- Lead, motivate, and guide the showroom sales team.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Train new sales executives and support their development.
- Coordinate with management to improve showroom sales performance.

Requirements:

- 12th Pass/Graduate
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- 1-2 years of experience preferred

3. Field sales(SCV/LCV)

Responsibilities:

- Generate new customer leads
- Explain products and services




- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships

Requirements:

- 12th Pass/Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- 1-2 years of experience preferred

4. Digital Media Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

- Manage Facebook, Instagram & YouTube pages
- Create engaging social media content
- Run digital marketing campaigns
- Generate leads through online platforms
- Basic photo/video editing preferred

Requirements:

- Graduate or Diploma in Digital Marketing
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads & Canva
- Creative mindset with good communication skills

Location: Nexera Motors Pvt. Ltd., Kathal More, Near Padosan Restorent, Ranchi, Jharkhand

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Best in Industry (Based on Qualification & Experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
