Videographer, Video Editor & Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and creative Videographer, Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our marketing/content team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with 3 years of hands-on experience who can independently shoot, edit, and design visual content across formats. You will be responsible for producing high-quality videos and graphics that strengthen our brand's visual identity across social media, digital, and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and shoot high-quality video content product shoots, brand films, reels, testimonials, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes content
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for both indoor and outdoor shoots
- Edit raw footage into polished videos with appropriate pacing, transitions, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
- Create short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style videos) optimized for different social media platforms
- Design graphics for social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, packaging, and digital ads
- Maintain and ensure consistency of brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logo usage) across all visual content
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines
- Organize and maintain a structured archive of raw footage, project files, and final deliverables

and techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Film Making, Mass Communication, Design, or related field
- 3 years of hands-on experience in videography, video editing, and graphic design
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro
- Working knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio recording equipment
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, color theory, and typography
- Ability to work independently from concept to final delivery
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating past videography, editing, and design work is required

Good to Have

- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects)
- Knowledge of drone videography
- Familiarity with sound design and voiceover editing
- Prior experience working with brands, agencies, or in-house marketing teams
