Role & responsibilities :

Job Summary

The Sales Head EV Charging Solutions will be responsible for leading the sales and business development activities of the EV Charging business. The role involves developing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, managing key customers, building dealer and channel networks, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Develop and implement sales strategies for EV charging products and solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, fleet, highway, and public charging segments.
- Generate leads through direct sales, networking, referrals, digital marketing, and business partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and corporate clients.
- Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals, and tender documents.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers while maintaining company profitability.

2. EV Charging Project Sales

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV charging solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams for site surveys, feasibility studies, and project execution.
- Promote AC chargers, DC fast chargers, and other EV charging infrastructure solutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order confirmation and payment collection.
- Follow up on project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Channel & Dealer Development

- Identify and appoint suitable dealers, distributors, installers, and business partners.
- Develop and manage the EV charging sales network across assigned territories.




- Maintain regular communication with channel partners and support them in lead conversion.
- Conduct product presentations and sales training for dealers and partners.

4. Team Management

- Lead, guide, and motivate the EV charging sales team.
- Set individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead status, and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular sales review meetings.
- Train team members on EV charging products, market trends, and sales techniques.
- Ensure proper CRM updating and sales pipeline management.

5. Market Development

- Research market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Identify emerging opportunities in EV charging infrastructure.
- Develop strategies to increase the company's market share.
- Build relationships with EV manufacturers, fleet operators, real estate developers, hotels, hospitals, malls, offices, and other potential customers.

6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor sales pipeline, lead conversion, order booking, and revenue achievement.
- Submit sales forecasts and business development reports to management.
- Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
