Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries affecting the brain, spine, spinal cord, and nervous system.
- Perform neurosurgical procedures such as brain surgery, spine surgery, trauma surgery, and minimally invasive neurosurgical procedures.
- Evaluate patients by reviewing their medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic reports such as CT scans, MRI scans, and other neurological tests.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on the patient's condition.
- Monitor patients during the recovery period and provide post-operative care and follow-up treatment.
- Manage emergency neurosurgical cases such as head injuries, brain hemorrhage, spinal trauma, and other critical neurological conditions.
- Use advanced surgical equipment, including operating microscopes, endoscopes, and neuronavigation systems, whenever required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow hospital protocols, clinical guidelines, and safety standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements,
surgical techniques, and technologies in neurosurgery through continuous learning.
Desired Candidate Profile
- M.Ch. or DNB in Neurosurgery from a recognized institution.
- 03 years of experience in Neurosurgery (fresh M.Ch./DNB graduates are also welcome to apply).
- Excellent surgical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
- Valuable communication and patient counseling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Committed to delivering ethical, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
