The Role
We're looking for a Billing Engineer / Project Coordinator to manage billing, contractor coordination, and quality oversight for an active construction project under a tight delivery timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for ongoing works
- Conduct rate analysis and compare contractor/vendor quotations
- Process contractor and vendor bills; verify measurements against work executed at site
- Coordinate contractor onboarding — documentation, work orders, scope alignment
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress and verify billing against actual work done
- Perform quality checks on materials and workmanship at site
- Maintain billing records, MIS, and documentation for audits/approvals
- Liaise between site teams, contractors, and project management for smooth execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- 3–6 years of experience in billing/quantity surveying with a real estate developer (not a contractor-only or consultancy background)
- Solid working knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and bill certification
- Comfortable with frequent on-site visits and contractor coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with billing software/ERP a plus
- Female candidates preferred
