Job Description: CNC Router & CO'2 Laser Machine Operator

Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

About the Role

Diviniti is looking for a skilled CNC Router & CO2 Laser Machine Operator to manufacture premium gifting products, luxury packaging, display units, and product components using wood, MDF, acrylic, laminates, and similar materials. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in precision cutting, engraving, and machine maintenance while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate CNC Router and CO Laser Cutting/Engraving machines efficiently.

* Set up machines by selecting appropriate tools, materials, and machining parameters.

* Read and execute production drawings and cutting layouts accurately.

* Perform cutting, engraving, carving, and profiling on wood, MDF, acrylic, plywood, laminates, and other sheet materials.

* Optimize material utilization to minimize wastage.





* Ensure superior edge quality, engraving precision, and dimensional accuracy.

* Carry out routine machine cleaning, lubrication, calibration, and preventive maintenance.

* Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs.

* Inspect finished components before forwarding them to the finishing or assembly department.

* Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily output reports.

* Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Required Qualifications

* ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Tool & Die, or a related technical field.

* 25 years of experience operating CNC Router and CO Laser machines.

* Freshers with relevant technical certification and solid practical knowledge may also be considered.
