Responsibilities:

1. Teaching and Curriculum:

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons to nursery students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning workplace.
- Use creative teaching methods to engage young learners.
- Introduce basic concepts such as numbers, letters, shapes, and colors.
- Encourage social and emotional development through play and activities.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

2. Classroom Management:

- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe classroom environment.
- Organize classroom materials and resources.
- Manage transitions between activities effectively.
- Address individual student needs and provide necessary support.

3. Parent Communication:

- Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and share feedback.
- Collaborate with parents to enhance student learning at home.

Assessment and Evaluation:

- Conduct formative and summative assessments.
- Keep records of student performance and attendance.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with other teachers and staff members.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Support school initiatives and programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Teaching certification or relevant experience.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Understanding of the unique needs of EWS students.
