About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Incharge -Foundry Operations to lead post-pouring foundry activities, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless production flow. The role will be responsible for production planning, throughput management, quality control, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and team leadership while achieving delivery and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage post-pouring foundry operations including Knockout, Decoring, Shakeout, Fettling, and Casting Crediting.
- Plan and monitor daily production activities to ensure timely delivery and productivity targets.
- Ensure accurate SAP transactions, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.
- Drive quality improvement and rejection reduction through RCA, CAPA, and defect analysis.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Pump, and Valve teams to resolve operational and customer issues.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, 5S, and TPM standards across foundry operations.
- Lead and develop shop-floor teams, optimize manpower utilization, and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain adherence to production schedules, cycle times, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
