- Experience with Oracle databases, SQL, and database design concepts.
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
- Hands-on experience delivering production-ready software in Agile environments.
- Experience working in an SDD (Software-Defined Delivery) model.
- Proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf and foundation models/LLMs for code generation, testing, debugging, and productivity acceleration.
- Ability to review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code while maintaining engineering quality standards.
