Job Title: Senior Executive Human Resources (HR)

Location: Meerut, Bahchaula, Uttar Pradesh

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: Up to 40,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Senior Executive – HR to build and strengthen our HR function from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience in recruitment, employee management, and HR operations, and is passionate about creating modern, scalable HR processes.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and driving both strategic and operational HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and staff hiring.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to ensure timely hiring.
- Manage onboarding, induction, attendance, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and workforce engagement.
- Build and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks from scratch.
- Modernize and streamline HR processes in line with industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and MIS reports.




- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Support performance management, employee retention, and disciplinary processes.
- Drive HR initiatives that foster a positive and productive work culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate with specialization in Human Resources or related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment and workforce management is essential.
- Experience in creating HR policies, processes, and systems from the ground up.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Meerut will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Male candidates will be preferred due to the operational nature of the role.
