Key Responsibilities

- Conduct structural inspections, condition assessments, and engineering site investigations.
- Perform and assist in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using techniques such as:
- Rebound Hammer Test
- Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV)
- Core Extraction
- Cover Meter Survey
- Half-Cell Potential
- Carbonation Testing
- Other structural investigation techniques

- Collect, analyze, and interpret field data for structural evaluation.
- Prepare technical reports with observations, findings, and engineering recommendations.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and material quantities for structural repair and rehabilitation projects.
- Prepare and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Maintain site documentation, inspection records, and project reports using MS Word and Excel.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, laboratories, and internal engineering teams during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IS Codes, ASTM standards, NABL quality requirements, and company quality procedures.
- Support proposal preparation, tender documentation, and other technical engineering activities as required.





Preferred candidate profile

Experience

- 0-2 Years: Civil Engineers with an interest in structural assessment and NDT are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- 2+ Years: Experience in structural inspections, NDT, technical reporting, repair & rehabilitation projects, or engineering consultancy will be preferred.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / M.E. in Civil Engineering
- M.E. in Structural Engineering will be an added advantage.

Desired Skills

- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction practices.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Understanding of BOQ preparation and project estimation.
- Familiarity with structural inspection and condition assessment methodologies.
- Knowledge of relevant IS Codes, ASTM standards, and NDT techniques will be preferred.
- Experience with NABL documentation and quality systems is an advantage.
- Robust analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for project sites across India.
