- Required experience 5+ years working on lending, credit, or underwriting systems
- Direct experience with at least one of:
- Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
- Credit decisioning platforms
- Risk / underwriting tooling
- Document-heavy financial workflows

- Strong understanding of:

- borrowers, guarantors, collateral, entities
- credit policies and exceptions
- verification workflows (KYC, KYB, doc review, matching)

- Technical skills
- Solid data modeling skills (relational + graph concepts)
- Comfortable reasoning about:

- schemas
- versioning
- auditability
- deterministic vs probabilistic systems

- Able to read and contribute to backend code (we don t need you to ship everything, but you must be technical)




- Experience working with JSON-based configs, rules engines, or DSLs is a big plus
- What we explicitly do NOT need

- People who ve only worked on dashboards or CRUD apps
- People who haven t seen real credit workflows in production
