- Manage overall plant, machinery, and building maintenance activities.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine breakdowns.
- Ensure timely maintenance of machining equipment and production utilities.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to prevent major failures.
- Optimize maintenance costs through effective planning and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with production teams to maximize machine availability and minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and service documentation.
Qualification:
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in plant maintenance in a manufacturing industry (preferably fuel dispenser, machining, or engineering).
Skills:
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC maintenance.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Building and utility maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
