Job Title: Training Coordinator

Shift: Night & Early Morning/Rotational Shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Training Coordinator to manage and coordinate virtual corporate training sessions, workshops, and learning events. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable hosting online sessions, and be capable of troubleshooting technical issues during live events.

This is a fulltime contract opportunity requiring availability for night and early morning shifts/Rotational Shift based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule virtual training programs and workshops.
- Host online training sessions and ensure smooth execution.
- Assist trainers and participants throughout the session.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, audio/video, screen sharing, and participant access.
- Manage LMS activities including enrolments, scheduling, rescheduling, attendance, and feedback.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal stakeholders for event readiness.




- Maintain training records and prepare daily/weekly reports in Excel.
- Ensure a seamless learning experience by resolving participant queries promptly.

Eligibility

- Graduation is Mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working night.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.
- Basic knowledge of LMS is preferred.
- Robust coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- 1 years of experience in Training Coordination, Operations, Customer Support, Event Coordination, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication skills and technical aptitude may also apply.
