Location: Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana

Key Responsibilities

- Manage pharmacy/store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Dispense medicines accurately and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain inventory, stock availability, expiry management, and store hygiene.
- Lead and support the store team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, audits, and quality standards.

Eligibility

- D.Pharm/B.Pharm or Graduate with relevant retail experience.
- Valid Haryana State Pharmacy Council Registration (for Pharmacist/Senior Pharmacist) is mandatory.
- Experience in pharmacy, healthcare or organised retail is preferred.
- Positive communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
