Role Summary

Experienced SAP GTS consultant responsible for end-to-end implementation and support across Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Preference Management in an SAP S/4HANA-integrated landscape. The role involves requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities •

- Conduct detailed requirement gathering workshops and document business processes
- Perform fit-gap analysis and clearly identify standard vs. custom solutions
- Design end-to-end SAP GTS solutions aligned with business requirements
- Configure Compliance Management (SPL screening, Embargo checks, License management)
- Configure Customs Management (Import/Export processes, declaration handling, duty calculation)
- Configure Preference Management (FTA determination, BOM explosion, supplier declaration handling)
- Define determination strategies and classification processes (HS Code, ECCN)
- Support master data and document integration with SAP S/4HANA
- Prepare Functional Specifications for developments and enhancements
- Collaborate with technical teams for RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
- Develop and execute test cases and support SIT/UAT cycles




- Identify and resolve defects and ensure quality delivery
- Support cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities
- Provide user training and prepare documentation
- Act as key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Required Skills

- Solid functional expertise in SAP GTS Preference Management
- Experience in SPL screening, embargo checks, and license determination
- Knowledge of FTA processes, preference determination, and supplier declarations
- Understanding of global trade compliance processes
- Experience with SAP GTS on S/4HANA (E4H preferred)
- Basic technical understanding (IDocs, RFC, enhancements/BAdIs)
- Experience with SAP Fiori apps for GTS
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and propose solutions
- Experience 6-10 years of SAP GTS experience with at least one full-cycle implementation(E4H).
- Experience in global projects or manufacturing industry is preferred.
