Job Summary:
We are looking for a Procurement & Supplier Development professional with experience in supply planning, supplier management, inventory control, quality coordination, and new product development activities. The role involves ensuring timely material availability, driving supplier performance, monitoring quality compliance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare material planning, release purchase orders, and ensure on-time supplier deliveries.
- Monitor plan vs. actual performance and conduct gap analysis to meet production targets.
- Manage supplier relationships, capacity enhancement, and delivery performance.
- Conduct supplier audits (SQIP), track corrective actions, and ensure quality compliance.
- Follow up on supplier CAPA, root cause analysis, and effectiveness monitoring.
- Control inventory levels and ensure raw material availability to avoid production disruptions.
- Prepare monthly procurement dashboards, supplier performance,



and rejection PPM reports.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) activities including supplier coordination, tooling development, and part approvals.
- Handle procurement and supply of ancillaries and manage supplier-end stock of company assets.
- Maintain procurement-related QMS documentation and ISO compliance records.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Stores, Finance, Engineering, and Corporate teams for smooth operations.
- Manage CER activities including quotations, cost comparison, and supplier evaluation.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Supplier Development, or Vendor Management.
- Knowledge of SAP, supplier audits, inventory management, and quality systems.
- Solid analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, foundry, machining, or engineering industry preferred.
