Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Network Manager to lead and strengthen our PAN India Roadside Assistance (RSA) service partner network. The role is responsible for developing strategic vendor partnerships, expanding the service network, ensuring operational excellence, and driving high-quality service delivery across the country.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in vendor management, commercial negotiations, network expansion, and team leadership. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance, improve customer experience, ensure SLA compliance, and drive cost efficiencies while supporting the organization's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and strengthen the PAN India network of Roadside Assistance (RSA) service partners.
- Onboard, negotiate, and manage vendors to ensure optimum coverage and service quality.
- Monitor partner performance against SLAs, TAT, quality,



and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Drive cost optimization through effective commercial negotiations and improved vendor utilization.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Conduct regular vendor audits, performance reviews, and partner engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Product, Finance, and Technology teams to improve service delivery.
- Lead and mentor the Network team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 6–8 years of experience in Roadside Assistance (RSA), Insurance Assistance, Mobility, Automotive, Fleet Management, or Emergency Assistance.
- Robust experience in Vendor Management, Commercial Negotiations, Network Expansion, and Team Leadership.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be open to working in rotational/night shifts as per business requirements. (Highlighted Requirement)
