Role & responsibilities

- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Generate bills and issue receipts to customers.
- Ensure accurate cash collection and maintain daily cash records.
- Open and close the cash counter as per company procedures.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth store operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
- Report any cash discrepancies or system issues to the Store Manager immediately.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 03 years of experience as a Cashier, Billing Executive, or Retail Store Cashier.
- Basic knowledge of billing software,



POS systems, MS Excel, and computer operations.
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during festivals.
- Experience in a sweets shop, bakery, supermarket, or retail store will be an added advantage.
