About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the company's financial operations, statutory compliance, payroll, banking activities, and project-related financial coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, monitor receivables, and follow up on collections.
- Process vendor payments after verifying bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliations, manage cash flow, and handle banking transactions.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and support budgeting and forecasting.
- Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and statutory deductions.




- Maintain proper financial documentation and assist during internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with project teams, vendors, consultants, and management on financial matters.
- Handle material procurement-related payments, cash/cheque deposits, fee submissions, and other banking activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field. M.Com or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 25 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll, and Banking Operations.
- Experience in handling statutory compliance and financial reporting.
- Positive analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
