Job Description

- Support and supervise agricultural research trials as per protocols, including treatment application, crop monitoring, and plot maintenance.
- Monitor pest, disease, crop growth, and phytotoxicity observations during research activities and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Coordinate with R&D; and technical teams for smooth execution and completion of research programs and field trials.
- Manage day-to-day farm operations including sowing, irrigation, crop care, harvesting, and overall station maintenance.
- Conduct regular field inspections and supervise labor, field staff, and farm activities for productive station operations.
- Handle inventory and logistics of seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals, PPE, and other farm supplies.
- Ensure HSE compliance, safe chemical handling, PPE usage, and implementation of safety practices across the station.

Education & Exp.: M.Sc.



Agri with 4-6 years of experience in agronomic field trials/ Research station operations

Essential skills:

- Ability to conduct field assessments, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports.
- Run Farm operation smoothly
- Proficiency in using computer applications and agricultural software for data management and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to rural areas for extended periods.
- HSE & Inventory Management

Preferable skills:

- Understanding of crop agronomy
- Understanding agricultural trials and data capturing
- Inventory and resource management
