Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to design and deliver effective technical training programs for shop-floor employees and engineering professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on industry exposure, and the ability to develop training content that improves employee skills, productivity, and process understanding.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for technical teams.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, SOPs, work instructions, and technical manuals.
• Identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments.
• Deliver hands-on demonstrations and technical knowledge transfer sessions.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain training records, attendance reports, and training effectiveness reports.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for technical updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through effective training programs.

Required Skills

- Robust technical training and knowledge transfer abilities.
• Good understanding of Mechanical / Tool Engineering / EV / Electrical fundamentals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.




• Ability to conduct hands-on practical demonstrations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic training tools.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.

Education Qualification

- Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical / Tool / Electrical / EV Engineering.
• Bachelors degree preferred but not mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, EV, or engineering industries.
• Ability to train both freshers and experienced technical professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a shop-floor environment.
• Willingness to work from Dharuhera / Neemrana location.
