Key Responsibilities:

- Material Procurement: Purchase recent parts and outsource required materials for gearbox casting, including but not limited to casting, forging, machining components, bearings, keys, circlips, oil seals, hardware, and packing boxes.
- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms, prices, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensure a smooth production process for gearbox assembly.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all purchased materials meet the required quality standards and specifications for gearbox production.
- Cost Control: Implement cost-saving measures and strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce overall material costs.
- Order Processing: Oversee the entire purchasing process from order placement to delivery,



ensuring timely receipt of materials and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, supplier capabilities, and potential new sources of supply to enhance procurement strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier agreements, and material specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production and engineering teams to understand material requirements and ensure alignment with production schedules.
