Location: Chhattisgarh & Bihar
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage labour, allocate work, and check attendance.
- Monitor material use and avoid wastage; maintain stock records.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors.
- Ensure work stays on schedule and report daily progress to seniors.
- Maintain safety at site and follow all safety rules.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years experience as a site supervisor in building construction.
- Able to read basic construction drawings.
- Valuable at handling labour and site coordination.
- Willing to work at sites in Chhattisgarh and Bihar (relocation/travel required).
- Hardworking, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
