- Conduct daily door-to-door visits in assigned villages and urban areas.
- Identify eligible Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) beneficiaries and educate them about available cashless treatment.
- Generate patient referrals for hospital services including General Medicine, General Surgery, ICU, HDU, Emergency Care, and other specialties.
- Build robust relationships with ASHA workers, ANMs, Panchayat representatives, local clinics, pharmacies, and community leaders.
- Organize health awareness campaigns and community meetings.
- Assist patients and families in understanding Ayushman eligibility and hospital admission procedures.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, and patient referrals.
- Achieve monthly referral and outreach targets.
- Submit daily activity reports to the Marketing Manager.Role & responsibilities
