Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Trainer – Finance & Accounts to deliver practical and industry-oriented training programs for students, working professionals, and corporate participants. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject matter expertise in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, and related business domains, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Financial Management, and related subjects.

- Deliver practical, industry-focused learning experiences through case studies and real-world examples.

- Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning resources.

- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and corporate training programs.

- Mentor and guide participants in developing professional and technical skills.

- Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation, and finance regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.





- Additional professional certifications such as CWM, CFA, or equivalent will be an advantage.

- Prior experience in teaching, corporate training, or professional education.

- Robust knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Financial Management, and Banking concepts.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

- 5+ years of experience in training, academics, consulting, or finance-related roles.

- Experience conducting corporate training programs and management development programs (MDPs).

- Knowledge of Advanced Excel, ERP systems, and business finance tools.
