Role & responsibilities

Interaction with various Government officials/ Departments, viz. Industries, Revenue,

Energy, Pollution Control Board, SEAC, SEIAA, CGWB, MoEF&CC;, Labour, Water Resources, Nagar Nigam, Development Authorities, Panchayat, etc.,

Collector office, BIS and other various Government Officials for smooth and timely resolution of any matter related to the Company.

2- Assist senior management and leadership with planning for known and potential regulatory

compliances related to the business and industry.

3- Build and Maintain professional relationship with the members of local self-government and

Government/ Semi-Government Officials/ Authorities to enable smooth working Environment

for the Organization.

4- Act as a relation / coordination between internal teams and

Government officials to facilitate and obtain approvals and clearances needed for the

smooth functioning of the organizations processes.

5- Building strong network across the Government and local authorities including strong





relationship within the community to enable quick response and support in any emergency

situation.

6- Policy Advocacy and update the management of any change implemented/notified by the

State Government and other Authorities.

7- Exploration and Monitoring Government and Local Activities and update contact details that

could affect positively the organization’s business and customers.

8- Preparation of MIS of all work including Regulatory Compliances and maintain the same in

the system for ready reference.

9- Honesty with high integrity along with keen to attention in detail.

10- Good communication skill

11- Knowledge of Computer, positive writing skill in the Government & Industry matters.

12- Any other work assigned on day-to-day basis for all Company related matters.
