Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, and chats.

- Handle customer queries

- Daily site Visiting, Site conversion, Meeting with massons

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of experience in after-sales service or a related field.

- Diploma holder in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

- Solid communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
