Job Title: Digital / Embedded Hardware Engineer

Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Digital / Embedded Hardware Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to design, develop, and validate hardware components for medical devices. The role involves ownership of digital and embedded hardware design, ensuring compliance with medical device standards and delivering reliable, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop digital and embedded hardware circuits for medical device components.
- Work on schematic design, component selection, and PCB design review.
- Interface with software teams for hardwaresoftware integration.
- Support prototype development, bring-up, debugging, and validation activities.
- Perform hardware testing, verification, and validation as per defined specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant medical device standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., IEC, ISO).
- Support design documentation, DFMEA, and design reviews.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory teams.
- Provide support during product transfer to manufacturing and field issue resolution, if required.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Embedded Systems Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in digital and embedded hardware design.
- Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, processors, memory interfaces, and digital communication protocols (SPI, IC, UART, CAN, etc.).
- Experience in schematic capture and PCB design tools.
- Hands-on experience in hardware debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment.
- Good understanding of power management, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC considerations.
- Experience working on regulated products, preferably medical devices.

Preferred Experience:

- Exposure to medical device development lifecycle and regulatory standards.
- Experience with low-power or safety-critical designs.
- Familiarity with design documentation and quality systems.
