Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate directly with Italian-speaking clients to understand project requirements and translate them into creative design solutions.
- Design and edit high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms.
- Create, retouch, and manipulate images using Adobe Photoshop.
- Ensure designs align with client brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Present design concepts, gather client feedback, and implement revisions.
- Coordinate with internal creative, production, and project management teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.




- Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on current design trends, creative techniques, and industry best practices.

Required Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related design discipline.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent client-facing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide creative recommendations.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
