Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the defined timelines.
- Coordinate with CAD, CAM, Wax, Casting, Setting, Polish, QC, and Dispatch departments.
- Optimize manpower utilization and improve productivity.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor production reports, WIP, and workflow efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce wastage and increase output.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production teams.

Candidate Profile:

- 07-12 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing production.
- Strong knowledge of gold, uncut diamond, Polki, Kundan, and antique jewellery manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Education:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production) or any relevant qualification.
- Candidates with extensive jewellery manufacturing experience will be preferred.
