Job Description Centre Manager

Location: Multiple Locations across Punjab
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our de-addiction and rehabilitation centres. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient centre management, maintaining high standards of patient care, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre.
- Manage and supervise clinical, administrative, and support staff.
- Ensure smooth patient admissions, discharges, and record management.
- Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, safety, and overall facility standards.
- Monitor inventory, medicines, and other essential supplies.
- Prepare operational reports and submit them to the Head Office.
- Address patient and family concerns in a skilled and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



legal requirements, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare, Hospital Administration, or Management preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or centre management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to manage teams and handle operational challenges effectively.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in hospitals, rehabilitation centres, healthcare facilities, or de-addiction centres will be an added advantage.
