What You'll Do

- Backend & Frontend Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable

backend services using TypeScript (NestJS) and Python (FastAPI), while building

modern, high-performance web applications using Next.js.

- Database Management: Design efficient database schemas and optimize queries

using PostgreSQL.

- Security & Auth: Implement secure authentication and Role-Based Access Control

(RBAC).

- AI Integration: Build and integrate AI-powered features using modern LLMs and

agentic AI workflows.

- End-to-End Ownership: Own features from requirement gathering and architecture

to deployment, production support, and debugging.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to transform ideas into

production-ready features, writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Required Skills

- Experience: 3+ years of qualified software development experience.
- Core Stack: Strong programming skills in TypeScript (NestJS), Python (FastAPI),

and Next.js.

- Data Layer: Good understanding of PostgreSQL, database design, indexing, and

query optimization.

- Security: Experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and

authentication/authorization mechanisms.

- AI Foundational Knowledge: Basic understanding of LLM and Agentic AI

integrations, including tool/function calling, prompt engineering,



AI workflows, and

integrating applications with AI models.• Execution: Ability to build, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade applications

end-to-end.

Nice to Have

- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP),

Docker/containerization, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, or Cloud Run.

- Performance: Redis or other caching technologies.
- Advanced AI: Experience building or integrating AI-powered features using vector

databases, RAG, MCP, or AI agents.

- Architecture: DevOps experience (monitoring, infrastructure automation) and

working with microservices.
