HPLC Analysis

- Perform HPLC testing of raw materials, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), excipients, and finished dosage forms, including tablets, capsule, and injection.
- Conduct analysis for assay, related substances, content uniformity, dissolution, impurities, identification, and other product-specific tests using in house and approved methods.
- Prepare mobile phases, buffers, diluents, standard solutions, and sample solutions as per approved analytical procedures.
- Review system suitability results and ensure compliance before sample analysis.




- Process chromatographic data and review chromatograms for accuracy and compliance with specifications.

Laboratory Operations

- Operate HPLC systems and chromatography software (e.g. Open Lab).
- Perform routine calibration, system checks, and preventive maintenance of HPLC instruments, pH meter, Balance, Karl fisher, DT apparatus, FTIR, Dissolution.
- Troubleshoot analytical and instrument-related issues and coordinate with service engineers when required.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of reference standards, reagents, columns, and chemicals.
