Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the engineering design of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems, including system sizing, equipment selection, and layout preparation.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, shading analysis, and energy yield calculations.
- Prepare technical documentation, including single-line diagrams (SLDs), wiring schematics, detailed engineering drawings, and bills of materials (BOM).
- Verify design plans and site conditions before installation to ensure technical feasibility.
- Plan, coordinate, and support the installation of solar PV systems from start to completion.
- Supervise mechanical mounting, module installation, electrical wiring, inverter connections, and electrical terminations.
- Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, electricians, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
- Review contractor and vendor submittals for compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
- Provide technical support and engineering solutions during installation, construction, commissioning, and project execution.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, performance verification, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.




- Resolve on-site technical and installation issues efficiently while minimizing project delays.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, utility interconnection standards, environmental regulations, company quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor quality of materials, workmanship, and installation practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including installation reports, progress updates, test reports, and as-built drawings.
- Support project planning through schedule tracking, cost estimation, and progress reporting.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering (or related field).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in solar PV design, construction, or project engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of solar components, inverters, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with energy storage or hybrid systems.
- Hands-on experience with construction oversight or commissioning.
- Solid understanding of utility interconnection and permitting processes.
