Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage store inventory including receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials.
- Ensure proper stock maintenance using FIFO/FEFO.
- Monitor minimum, maximum, and re-order levels to avoid stock shortages.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions as per requirement.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiation, and timely procurement.
- Follow up on Purchase Orders, delivery schedules, and billing.
- Maintain records: GRN, stock register, inward/outward register, and vendor files.




- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with store procedures.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Production, and Quality teams for smooth material flow.
- Ensure cleanliness, labeling, and proper arrangement in the store area.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of inventory management
- Basic computer & Excel knowledge
- Positive communication skills
