Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead organization design, workforce planning, job architecture, and organizational restructuring.
- Drive talent acquisition, leadership hiring, succession planning, and capability development.
- Design and institutionalize Performance Management Systems (PMS), competency frameworks, and performance-linked reward programs.
- Build a strong leadership pipeline through structured learning and development initiatives.
- Strengthen employee engagement, culture, and employer branding.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR governance frameworks.
- Lead HR digital transformation, HRMS implementation, people analytics, and automation initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing HR function supporting multiple business units and locations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, MBA (HR), Organizational Behaviour, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 15-20 years of HR experience with at least 7-10 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Products, Food Processing, or similar industries is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Organization Development, Talent Management, PMS, Succession Planning, Compensation & Advantages, Employee Relations, and HR Strategy.
- Hands-on exposure to labour laws, HR governance, HRMS, and change management.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and business partnering skills.
- Candidates from FMCG, Food Processing, Spices, Packaged Foods, Agribusiness, Consumer Products, and Manufacturing industries are preferred.
