Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Analog/Mixed Signal Layout Engineer to join our VLSI design team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in custom analog layout development, layout verification, and physical implementation of complex mixed-signal IPs using advanced semiconductor process technologies. The role requires close collaboration with circuit designers to ensure high-quality layout solutions while meeting project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement custom analog and mixed-signal layouts for complex IPs and circuit blocks.
- Develop layouts for blocks such as PLLs, ADCs, DACs, and other analog macros.
- Perform layout verification including DRC, LVS, and debugging to ensure design quality.
- Work closely with circuit designers to optimize layout for performance, area, and manufacturability.
- Ensure layouts comply with technology-specific design rules and project constraints.
- Deliver high-quality layout solutions within committed timelines.
- Identify layout challenges proactively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.




- Participate in layout reviews and continuously improve design methodologies.

Required Skills

- 5-8+ years of experience in custom analog or mixed-signal layout design.
- Strong experience with Cadence Virtuoso and Mentor Graphics verification tools.
- Hands-on experience in layout verification, debugging, DRC, LVS, and physical verification.
- Positive understanding of CMOS analog layout techniques and matching concepts.
- Experience working on device-level, block-level, and IP-level layouts.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with advanced technology nodes such as 7nm, 5nm, 4nm, 3nm, or 2nm.
- Exposure to high-performance mixed-signal designs including PLL, ADC, DAC, or SerDes blocks.
- Familiarity with version-controlled layout environments and advanced physical design methodologies.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative engineering team.
