Key Responsibilities

- Group reporting under IFRS / US GAAP for multinational clients
- Audit of wholly owned subsidiaries of foreign companies
- Preparation of financial statements for calendar year and financial year reporting
- International taxation advisory, transfer pricing, and DTAA matters
- FEMA compliance, ECB, FLA statements, and ODI advisory
- Outsourced accounting and audit assignments for foreign companies

Requirements




- US CPA qualification (certified or in progress with substantial completion)
- Solid understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and international reporting standards
- Knowledge of Indian taxation and FEMA regulations is a strong plus
- Excellent English communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to work with international clients and manage cross-border engagements
