Job Description

The incumbent will be mainly in charge of the entire HR functions across the University. He/She will be responsible for employees' career development, contributing to the conception, implementation and follow-up of policy documents, and implementing procedures related to recruitment, personnel management, and HR operations at all the campuses. Due to the sensitivity of the job, a high degree of confidentiality is required from the successful candidate.

The position involves:

•Responsibility for manpower planning, recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement, induction, succession planning, and off-boarding.

•Implementation and smooth running of the •Performance Management System and related promotion schemes or any other motivational policies and procedures for staff retention.

•Providing guidance to the Heads in setting up and regularly updating job descriptions.

•Establishing effective job-related and personal objectives, advising on appropriate and coordinated follow-up.

•Giving orientation and guidance to employees on self-assessment, development perspectives, and career-related options,



working closely with the HR training personnel or Departments/Schools/Campuses to design individual training paths.

•Drafting, revising, and monitoring HR policies, orientation documents, and internal rules, and implementing procedures in close coordination with all sectors.

•Contributing to the planning and follow-up of the personnel budget.

•Maintaining leave records and allocating and reallocating resources.

•Maintaining the employee database and personnel records.

•Managing compensation and benefits systems in close coordination with the payroll team.

•Designing and upgrading business processes as per the requirements of the University.

•Ensuring that timelines for all the above activities are followed and maintained from time to time.

Eligibility:

•Candidates should have a postgraduate degree, preferably in HR Management and/or Business •Administration, from reputed institutes, with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience.

•Candidates with experience in Educational •Institutions/Universities will be preferred.

•Should have valuable interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with people at all levels.
