Location : Remote

Profile : Customer Support Executive - Work From Home
Process : Blended Process (Full Time)

Eligibility Criteria : Undergraduate / Graduate / Freshers / Experience can apply

Excellent English Communication is required as well as Hindi along with that.

Salary :-

Fresher:- 18K CTC + 2000 Quarterly Bonus + Incentives

Experience:- Upto 19K CTC + 2000 Quarterly Bonus + Incentives

Working Days : 6 Days

Shifts : Rotational Shifts & Weekoffs

Candidates must have their own laptop/desktop with the following specifications:

Processor: Intel i5 / i7 or AMD Ryzen 5 / Ryzen 7

Operating System: Windows 10 or above

RAM: Minimum 8 GB

Stable Wi-Fi connection with minimum speed of 30 to 50 Mbps

USB/Wired Headset mandatory

Power backup required for uninterrupted work

Roles & Responsibilities





Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels (calls, chats, and emails)

Provide accurate information and resolution to customers

Maintain a skilled and positive customer experience

Follow company policies and process guidelines

Meet productivity and quality targets on a daily basis
