- Manage and supervise all mechanical construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, planning, procurement, and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and client requirements.
- Review drawings, resolve site issues, and monitor daily progress.
- Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial Construction, including at least 5 years in a Site Manager role.
- GCC/Oil & Gas project experience is preferred.
Skills
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of piping, equipment installation, structural steel, and mechanical construction.
- Familiarity with international codes and client specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
