Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct pre-installation site surveys to inspect customer machinery and substrates for product compatibility.
2. Execute and supervise the physical installation, commissioning, and testing of systems at client sites.
3. Provide prompt on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
4. Train client operational teams on product usage, safety protocols, and basic maintenance practices.
5. Coordinate with internal engineering and plant teams to resolve complex technical or design issues.
6. Identify and develop recent business opportunities within the assigned territory and target industry segments.
7. Map customer pain points to pitch customized technical solutions, retrofits, or system upgrades.
8. Prepare and present technical presentations, product catalogs, and commercial quotations to prospective clients.

Negotiate commercial terms and follow up closely to close deals and meet established sales targets.
10. Manage post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate recurring revenue through spares and service contracts.
11. Maintain accurate logs of customer service visits, daily activity reports, and the sales pipeline.
12. Gather and share market intelligence regarding competitor activities, pricing, and product performance with the leadership team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Location: Kanpur, Lucknow
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics & BSc in physics
- Willingness to travel frequently.
