Role & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, journal entries, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare GST, VAT, TDS, and other statutory reports (as applicable).
- Work on accounting software - Zoho Books,
- Support data migration, financial data validation, and ERP implementation projects.
- Generate MIS reports and assist in financial analysis.
- Coordinate with clients to resolve accounting and finance-related queries.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Com or M.Com




- 12 years of experience in accounting, finance, or ERP support.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Hands-on experience or training in Tally, Zoho Books is preferred.
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn ERP consulting and business processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
