Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day inverter production activities and achieve daily/monthly production targets.
- Monitor assembly, testing, troubleshooting and production processes of inverters.
- Ensure adherence to production plans, SOPs, work instructions and quality standards.
- Handle line issues, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Improve productivity, line efficiency and reduce rejection/rework.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC and Engineering teams for smooth production operations.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.
- Maintain production MIS, shift reports and process-related documentation.




- Ensure compliance with EHS and shop-floor safety requirements.
- Train and guide operators/technicians on processes, quality and safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Valuable knowledge of inverter/electronics production and assembly processes.
- Knowledge of PCB, electronic components, testing and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Good communication, team handling and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production MIS reporting.
